Every man should feel bad for Tray Boswell after his ex-wife Sarah Boswell and the Plano Police Department nearly frame him for drunk driving while sober. The plot was foiled when the Collin County District Attorney's Office dropped the DUI charge against Tray because of how bad the arresting officer's cell phone records looked. Sarah had called Officer Michael Kress on his personal cell phone several times that night until he finally found her husband and arrested him. Tray had been pulled over another time shortly before his arrest by Officer Scott Copeland who had received personal calls from Sarah before that traffic stop.

Tray says that Sarah was friend with another officer named Michael Nunns have been "friends" from high school, but the media has listed their nature of the relationship as unclear. I might be about to rush to judgement, but if you have a woman unhappy with her marriage who wants men in uniform to risk their jobs so that she can leave her husband with a better divorce settlement only one type of relationship comes to mind. A close relationship of a physical and clothing optional nature.

Tray Boswell eventually filed a federal lawsuit against the Plano Police, Michael Kress, Scott Copeland, Michael Nunns, and a fourth officer. I wish him the best of luck with his lawsuit and hope that he will someday thank these officers for helping him retire early by violating his civil liberties.

I was going to put this in police rants, but am putting it in ex-wives since Sarah instigated it. I also can't say for sure until all the facts are know whether or not Sarah got all their numbers through platonic relations and just called them repeatedly until they pulled her husband over just to stop her from bothering them anymore.
