Posted on 11/21/2011Thanks for posting this! I've been looking for a good place to buy Ephedra online for years ever since it disappeared from store shelves in my area. Back in the day I took Hydroxycut when it had Ephedra in it and combined it with about 30 minutes on an exercise bike per day five days a week. I started off with a four week program in February and March of 2003 before doing a six week program in April and May of that year. By June I had lost 30 pounds and was able to keep it off until winter of the next year, but I gained it back eventually for reasons unrelated to just not taking Ephedra.
