Welsh Cyclist Struck and Killed by Car

A Welsh doctor was recently struck and killed by a car while cycling on the road. Despite all those years in medical school he wasn't smart enough to figure out that cyclists have no business on the highway. You'd think a doctor his age would have treated enough cyclists injured as a result of their own senselessness that he would give up the habit.
