Kate Middleton Nippin Through Royal Wedding Dress?

As Kate Middleton entered Westminster Abbey for her royal wedding to Prince William people noticed what looked like nipples through her dress. In videos and photos alike it appears that her nipples were so hard that she was nippin through the dress, but other people believe that her dress was made that way.

It really is hard to tell because if those are her nipples they are quite big compared to the rest of her breasts, so its probably just padding. What is so funny about this all the planning and design that goes into a dress for a famous wedding like that. You would think that the designers wouldn't allow for any confusion at all.
