Brooke Hogan earns praise from Chelsea Handler for having recently escaped a creepy boat owned by a sleazy Italian guy in an episode of her TV show Brooke Knows Best. The boat was apparently full of cash and sexual stuff in a failed effort of seduction that ended in the Bahamas.
