Judge Slams Door on Reporter After Freeing Pedophile

Bill O'Reilly sent one of his stalkers to track down Judge J. Rogers Padgett to ask him why he let a sex offender out on bail pending appeal. Richard Chotiner was sentenced to 15 years in prison for molesting a mentally disabled 15 year old with the mental capacity of a 10 year old. The victim and his parents were outraged at Padgett for letting him out "again" citing a previous release.

The Fox News reporter stalked Padgett down at a gas station and tried to talk to him, but he didn't even try to justify his ruling. Eventually he slammed his car door repeatedly on the reporter until he got out of the way so that Padgett could drive off.

People were planning a protest outside the Hillsborough with the hopes of keeping Padgett from ever being called back from retirement again.
