They have a toll free number for reporting immigration crimes at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE, an online tip form, and field offices where you can report anything from distant illegal alien sightings to human trafficking, drug smuggling, businesses hiring illegal people, and close encounters of the illegal foreign kind.
