Fuel Shortage Threatens Food Banks in Wales

Food banks in Wales, UK are at risk of running out of food due to a fuel shortage that threatens their supply lines. FareShare Cymru says that the shortage has already resulted in shipment delays, but petrol companies including Shell and BP insist that there is plenty of fuel at their refineries and people should fuel up as usual.
