Jennifer Petkov Kicked Out of Neighborhood by Plea Deal

A judge officially sentenced nightmare neighbor from hell Jennifer Petkov to move out of the neighborhood she made headlines terrorizing as part of plea bargain on charges of assault and battery for tying to run over her neighbor Tana Boling. This happened after Petkov made headlines for cyberbullying her 7 year old neighbor Kathleen Edward who suffers from Huntington's Disease. Edwards taunted the girl by putting a grip reaper type picture of her on Facebook, decorating her house with a hearse, and wishing death on the girl.
