Eagle Eye (2008) Starring Shia LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan

Jerry Shaw (Shia LaBeouf) and Rachele Holloman (Michelle Monaghan) find themselves on the receiving end of a manhunt for stuff they didn't because of people the never knew existed after evidence is planted in Jerry's house and Rachele receives threatening phone calls on her cell phone. Set up to look like terrorists the two of them must fight a terror that knows their every move and appears to have control over all the technology around them while still following instructions and avoiding law enforcement.
