Tomorrow Never Dies Special Edition - James Bond 007

After a British ship is sunk in Chinese waters Agent 007 James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) is sent after Elliot Carver (Jonathan Pryce). The German media mogul who with the use of a stolen encoder hacked the US geographic positioning satellite to trick the British ship into thinking it was in international waters before his men sank it with a torpedo drill and killing the survivors in an attempt to start a war between the British and China for the purpose of generating ratings for his news network.
