15 Minutes (2001) Russian Alien Crime Movie

Two psychotic serial killers from Russia start preying on a largely illegal alien Russian prostitute community in New York City. With cold blooded murder on their minds and a video camera in their hands, they set out to prove to all that they are insane so that they can get away with it because of how crazy everyone thinks they are, but not if hot shot celebrity reality television star Detective Eddie Flemming (Robert DeNiro) has anything to say about it, or so he thinks until these insane immigrants target his girlfriend and eventually himself.

To make matters worse for all but the lunatics and tabloid desk jockey Robert Hawkins (Kelsey Grammar) the media cannot get enough of Emil (Karel Roden) and Oleg (Oleg Taktarov).
