Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Bugs/Glitches

Playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War the past few days on an Xbox One X has been frustrating due to bugs. Two specifically come to mind and one is game breaking.

The first less severe bug that I noticed was crosshairs on weapons not working in multiplayer. When this happens you can see the crosshairs partially, but they become pixilated and at times invisible. This can be very frustrating when you aim down your gun at an opponent and have to guess at where the center is. This is not game breaking, but annoying none the less.

The second bug is game breaking. A few minutes ago I was hit with a napalm strike in multiplayer and the game froze. I looked at a frozen screen of my character being blown up for about a minute until my console crashed.
