1943 VD Health Warning Propaganda Print

The "easy" girl-friend spreads Syphilis and Gonorrhea, which unless properly treated may result in blindness, insanity, paralysis, premature death. Those words ring just as true today as they did all the way back in 1943 when this VD Health Warning poster from Propaganda Prints featuring a skull with a pretty pick hat on saying "hello boy friend, coming my way?" to send a message to young men in the armed forces to scare them away from off base hazards and tell them "IF YOU HAVE RUN THE RISK, GET SKILLED TREATMENT AT ONCE. TREATMENT IS FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL."
