Test yourself for mono with a cassette. For those of you born in the mid 1980s or later a cassette tape is a device that was along with vinyl records the standard medium for distributing and playing music. How does a cassette test for Mononucleosis? I would like to know, but unfortunately the manufacturer failed to provided a product description so your guess is as good as mine.
