Georgia State Senator Jeff Mullis Wants to Ban Day Laborers

Georgia State Senator Jeff Mullis made headlines back in February when he introduced a bill intended to ban the hiring of day laborers. He introduced the bill primarily to crack down on people who hire illegal aliens because a significantly large number of day laborers in Georgia are in the country illegally. Mullis like many people realized that the main reason why day laborers come to America is because people hire them illegally and if people stop hiring them they won't show up looking for work.
