We are posting this as a public service. This man is a mentally disturbed stalker/predator. He is functional enough to present as a somewhat normal incel-white dude but then he goes home and sends violent threats to people about how he wants to mutilate them, or how he read a post on a random site online and assumed it was a love letter meant for him, written by the people he later plans to stab/kill. He has done this to multiple people and we have extensive evidence to prove it. THIS IS REAL, this IS HIM, if this is his family reading this thinking this is all fake or some joke it is NOT. Your relative Joe is not who you think he is. OR, you just ignore these kinds of things. Well if you keep ignoring this, someday this man will hurt someone. This is a warning and this man's last chance to stop sending threats to my family and others. He is committing multiple felonies and making people feel unsafe. How Not to File a DMCA Complaint feat. Justin Stanley

I recently looked up my domain name at the Chilling Effects Clearinghouse and found out that Justin Stanley of Athens, Georgia filed a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint with Google over a report on my website created by an anonymous author accusing him of having various sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). I don't know Justin or the author of the report, so I don't want to dwell on the textual content of the page the complaint was about because I really don't know if he has STDs or not and his STD status is not the point of this article. The point of this article is to show people how not to file a DMCA complaint with Google using his complaint as an example. When filing a DMCA complaint with Google do not submit the complaint without including an accusation of copyright infringement beyond the general terms in the complaint form template. If you visit the URL (above) you'll see that the description part of his complaint was merely "a cropped image of me, used without my permission on a libelous site." The problem with this beyond being extremely short is that even when an image of yourself is cropped and uploaded to a website (like the cropped copy of that image I'm uploading with this article) it does not infringe on the copyright of the person in the image unless the person in the image is the photographer. Its obvious from the photo that Justin Stanley did not take this picture, so the primary copyright holder is someone else. That is not say that Justin Stanley has no rights associated with the image because he does, but his rights are as a co-copyright holder. The main difference is that a primary copyright holder produces the work and a co-copyright holder is a part of the work. As a co-copyright holder Mr. Stanley has the right to reproduce the work as he pleases without permission from the primary copyright holder, but he does not have the right to file a complaint on DMCA grounds. A good example of a co-copyright holder would be myself in cases where TV news station have done stories about my work and I You Tubed the stories without permission from the stations with added commentary of my own. In my case I had every right to use the broadcasts because they featured either myself or my property and the stations had no infringement claim. The stations on the other hand had every right to use footage of me and my property however they pleased without my permission. Because Mr. Stanley is only a co-copyright holder he has no valid claim of infringement against the author that created the report, Google, or myself for copying the work. Mr. Stanley also does not have a claim against the photographer due to the fact that simply taking a picture of someone even if done without their permission and publishing it does not constitute copyright infringement because if it did Britney Spears would have sued TMZ into bankruptcy for publishing her shaved head years ago. The photographer that took the photo might have an argument to back up an infringement claim, but at least in my case use of the photo is protected by the fair use exception for comment or criticism. At first I was kind of upset when I learned that Google never notified me of the complaint as per their policy, but given the fact that he made no real copyright infringement accusation I can see why they ignored it and never removed the page from their index. I would almost praise Mr. Stanley for his effort, but judging by how short his complaint was I don't see any evidence of effort. In the future I recommend that people refrain from wasting their time with DMCA complaints unless they really do have a valid claim of infringement and the time to explain it at the very least. In closing I want to re-iterate that I don't know Mr. Stanley at all and have no personal quarrels with the man. People have abused the website he is listed on and for all I know it could be a case of that. I just provide a service for people to publish stuff and nothing posted there is ever a substitute for really knowing a person.

Borislav Ugemunde Never Existed on the Internet Before

In the eyes of Google Borislav Ugemunde never existed on the internet until now and that makes him a perfect example to use when advising potential No Limit List Corporate Advocacy Program (NLLCAP) members of possible program pitfalls. After publishing this article that will change and this article will be number one on Google for his name with supplemental results being made up of less relevant links like his topic tag archive (http://nolimitlist.com/topic/borislav-ugemunde) and syndicated content (ex: Twitter and Facebook) that advanced packages can remove, but the results may also feature content not covered by advanced packages such as content copied by unaffiliated websites, our user activity stream (http://nolimitlist.com/user/NoLimitList.com), and some archive pages on this site. New on site content is capable of burying the archives because only the top 10 results from those archives are indexable at any given time due to the use of ASP.Net GridView controls. The ASP.Net GridView uses client side code called JavaScript that search engines cannot follow for all paging and sorting operations, so once Relationships Rants & Raves, Random Dude Sightings, Rant & Rave Europe, Rant & Rave Russia, and Rant & Rave Krasnoyarsk get 10 new posts a piece Borislav Ugemunde won't show up on any of those pages. Off site competition is capable of burying the archives if it is determined to be more relevant, more reliable, or more popular. This is where the introductory NLLCAP package comes in because it will analyse your current assets and advise you on how to build content capable of competing with this page as well as archives. If Borislav Ugemunde were in fact a real person he would most likely be a former Communist Party member with a smoking habit fathered by an African immigrant and raised by a Russian mother carrying what appears to be a valid Soviet birth certificate, but many suspect him of being born elsewhere. UPDATE 12/28/2011 - It appears our initial fears of seeing search results for Borislav from some geographic tag archives and the Random Dude Sightings archive were overstated at that time probably because Google processed the canonical link tags better than expected. The canonical link tag specifies the preferred URL for Google to include in its index. Most search pages on No Limit List are programmed to require 2 or more items in order to receive their own canonical URL and since Borislav is the only item for Krasnoyarsk, Random Dudes, and the Borislav Ugemunde topic tag archive those don't show up for him. UPDATE 2/29/2012: Due to an increase in Random Dude Sightings that tag archive is now part of Borislav's search results.
