Is Oregon Public Broadcasting Lying About Oregon LEO Oath Keepers?

We noticed an article which claims that a data dump of Oath Keepers' data implicated dozens of Oregon law enforcement officers as members of the group. However, we downloaded that same data and have yet to find a single match for anyone with the same last name as the three in the OPB article we chose to look for. We had to limit our search to a small number of files however because the people responsible for the leak didn't organize the data at all. The data includes files with names like "or" and "wa" which we believe correspond to the states Oregon and Washington. We downloaded SeaMonkey software because it supposedly opens .SBD files well, but honestly we didn't find any search functionality in SeaMonkey that doesn't already exist in NotePad. On top of that SeaMonkey typically takes several minutes just to search one file and is not responsive during most of that time. Neither file we searched contain the names Webber, Farrell, or Codiga yet according to OPB they are all Oath Keepers.

We are not saying that OPB is lying, but we are frustrated that they have not done anything to help objective third parties verify their claims. It seems to us that they could back up their claims simply by posting a link to the data dump and describing which file or files in that dump contain the names. The dump itself is 5 GB in size and contains 100 different files. The hacking group Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDOS) has done little to help clear up this matter. If they are going to release data in such a disorganized manner they should at least tell people how to efficiently search the files. Preferably DDOS should insert all files into a database so that all users need to do to search it is type in a word. This data dump is a nightmare.
Learn more: Is Oregon Public Broadcasting Lying About Oregon LEO Oath Keepers?

I would like to publicly thank the Redditor that goes by the handle UsernameIsMyUsernam for posting the lead that led to the identification of his ex-girlfriend. Rochester Police Officer Hannah Schneeberger was caught on camera abusing a 9 year old black girl and threatening her with pepper spray before she was pepper sprayed while crying and begging for her father. The RPD quickly announced that one officer was suspended and two were placed on paid administrative leave, but they did not release any names.

I had no idea who she was until I noticed a post on Reddit by someone claiming that his ex had sprayed the girl. That post included a screenshot of a text conversation in which the other party was listed under the name "Crazy Hannah." I then worked with CopBlaster.com to identify the girl. CopBlaster.com cross referenced the Open Oversight police officer database for white female officers in Rochester named Hannah. They found one result and then found a social media profile that looked a lot like the officer in the video below. I then posted a response to his post asking if I had the right Hannah and sent him a direct message asking for more information. He responded by congratulating me for our work.

The purpose of this post is to document the confirmation from the ex-boyfriend and thank him for his help. I will add a link to this article in the comments section of the Cop Blaster article exposing Hannah "Sneeze Booger" Schneeberger. I am adding a link to the Cop Blaster article about Schneeberger as the source link for this article.
Learn more: A Special Thanks to the Redditor That Helped Identify Rochester Cop

An Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) appears to have passed her First Amendment Audit this pass week. AUSA Natalie Wight out of the Portland office of the United States Attorney's Office in the District of Oregon contacted my defense team regarding complaints that her office received about a NoLimitList.com prototype that is still an operational website in our network. According to my lawyers she first sounded like she might seek new conditions of release in my case that would be detrimental to that site, but later in the week they said she backed off.

Why did she back off? You would have to ask her that, but it was probably because she is familiar with the First Amendment, looked at the site as well as the complaints, and concluded that the First Amendment protects my right to own and operate the website in question. This represents a step in the right direction for AUSAs at the Portland U.S. Attorney's Office. In the past I have had three of her predecessors seek the court's permission to censor my online activities. First, former AUSA Sean Hoar falsely accused the website of being illegal. Second, former AUSA John Haub used some technicalities to get me banned from operating the website. Third, AUSA Greg Nyhus used his position to censor another website in the network that was being used to speak out against Hoar and Haub.

Finally it seems that somebody at that office has taken the time to read the constitution. The constitution protects people that operate online forums even if the feds get complaints accusing users of those forums of abuse. That does not necessarily preclude convicts from being restricted from running them on release, but the law does require a reasonably direct relationship between the offense and the website if the website is a source of employment or if the condition impacts a significant constitutional right such as freedom of speech. Since the case I am on supervision for involves throwing chips at a correctional officer the court lacks the authority to restrict my speech or employment options in that way.

I also want to add that even though I have not had Natalie on my case long, I have heard nothing but good things about her. She has done all I have expected of her so far. She even opposed a condition that the judge ordered.

Finally, after looking up her name online I noticed that she was Cleveland High School's 1992 Rose Festival Princess. I was impressed to see that someone from Cleveland has what it takes to work in a field that requires toughness from time to time because when I met guys from Cleveland on the football field every fall they displayed nothing but weakness. They were a joke. We even had shirts at Franklin that said "Friends Don't Let Friends Go to Cleveland." They were that bad.
Learn more: U.S. Attorney Appears to Pass First Amendment Audit

The graphic details were made public when his wanted poster hit the web with testimonials from the victims themselves thanks to Albany man Bradley Russell who wasn’t afraid to hold Gorleski accountable for what he did to him with that horse.

According to Russell he was but a peaceful protestor until one day his sense of innocence was shattered by the sight of Gorleski riding towards him with his horse and pepper spraying him in the face. Russell was so traumatized by the event that he posted a wanted poster on Facebook desperate to see his attacker face justice. The poster asked users with knowledge of Gorleski’s whereabouts to submit his address, phone number, email, and pictures of his hideout.

If located Russell voiced his desire to take the fight to the enemy where he lives by ambushing his home with a circle of vigilantes committed to senselessly beating drums until Gorleski learns that he messed with the wrong guy. That might not sound like justice to you, but as someone who grew up in an area infested with drum circles let me tell you that having a drum circle in your area is the closest I have been to having the police outside of my house blasting it with bad music during a standoff.

Anyone with information on Gorleski’s whereabouts should contact Bradley Russell at wherever he is so he can start the music.
Learn more: Albany Officer Richard Gorleski WANTED for Assault

Oregon Duck Cliff Harris Victimized by Racial Profiling

Eugene police need to stop harassing Oregon Ducks pre-season All American cornerback Cliff Harris. There might not be many black people in Eugene, but surely officers of the Eugene Police Department (EPD) and Oregon State Police (OSP) are capable of finding lesser members of society to satisfy the urges of their racist desires.

For those of you who don't watch football or follow inferior teams here is a rundown of the harassment Harris has suffered so far. The first incident took place this past summer when Cliff was just driving down a deserted highway minding his own business when OSP Nazi officer David Ray Stallsworth pulled him over, burglarized his car, and kidnapped him all because Stallsworth thought he might have been driving just a little bit over the speed limit. Then this past week Cliff was minding his own business driving down the street in downtown Eugene in a convertible when a EPD Nazi officer harassed Cliff again just because he thought it looked like he was not wearing a seat belt.

Now either Cliff Harris has the worst luck of people the police choose to treat like criminals instead of busting crackheads or he has been racially profiled twice in past six months alone. In the first incident Stallsworth could clearly see not only Cliff, but two other black men in the vehicle as well when he walked up to the driver's window if he did not notice before pulling them over which is unlikely. The second incident should erase all doubt in your mind because as the police statement indicated he was driving a convertible which made it easy for anyone to see his darkness clear as day like JFK's face from the book depository and that fascist pig zeroed in on him like Lee Harvey Oswalt.

Due to these clear cases of racial profiling a new policy must be mandated for police in the Eugene area so that they can properly identify Ducks players and treat them as they deserve to be treated. The first step is to make sure that every Ducks player carries with them an Official Oregon Ducks Football Team Membership Card (if no such card exists one should be made). The second is to require any police officer with reasonable suspicion to believe that someone is an Oregon Ducks football player to ask the subject two questions as follows:

1. Are you or have you ever been a member of the Oregon Ducks football team?

2. Do you have an Official Oregon Ducks Football Team Membership Card?

If the subject can confirm that they are in fact a card carrying member of the Oregon Ducks football team the officer should then be required to let them go about their business. I propose that this policy should put on the ballot in the next election to reduce racial profiling and make Eugene a sanctuary city for football players.
Learn more: Oregon Duck Cliff Harris Victimized by Racial Profiling

Post FTC Complaints Against Unconstitutional Censorship

NLL recently found out that the Federal Trade Commission has issued an unconscionable edict against American bloggers in violation of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. The discovery was made while working on an article about the believability or lack thereof when it comes to information you read on the internet at which point we realized that the federal government has attempted to empower an agency called the FTC to issue edicts in violation of the constitution on the grounds that such edicts protect idiots in society from their own stupidity by forcing subject businesses to speaks words that they do not wish to utter.

In the good old days online marketers always felt free to do their jobs by assuring web users that they would always be given the best facts about a product carefully selected to fit their needs. If you are a smart consumer then you should already know that despite the quality of the facts presented to you that more investigation is needed to make an educated purchase decision because you should already know that you should never believe anything your read on the internet. If you think otherwise then you are no better than that dumbass uncle in Napoleon Dynamite who bought a time machine online that shocked Napoleon in the crotch instead of back to 1982. If you don’t do your own homework when buying online then you have no one except for yourself to blame for getting burned, unless the creep that burned you actively gave you false information so cleverly presented that it could fool a genius.

Consumers owe it to themselves to thoroughly evaluate everything they see online and should accept responsibility for not scrutinizing what they see instead of making the tax payers pick up the slack for their lack of due diligence. Now what exactly is this new "rule" by the FTC? We put "rule" in quotes because due to server location this website falls outside the jurisdiction of the FTC and because they act as if their "rules" are laws even thought technically they are not. The "rule" states that American bloggers cannot share positive opinions about a good or service unless they also include material connections they share with the owner of the good or service. In some cases this may be a good thing to do on your own because it builds trust with readers, but in other cases it subject honest bloggers to unnecessary hassles. Imagine if your friend promised you free beer for a night if you wrote a positive review of their bar containing facts that made you like the place already and found yourself the subject of an investigation for engaging in free speech just because you didn't mention something that the reader didn't need to know.

Now in some cases people should know about material connections, but only if people are making claims that they wouldn't other wise make when asked about a good or service. For instance if you hate your friend's bar because it sucks and they give you free beer to write a positive review of the bar anyway then you definitely should be required to disclose the fact that you're only recommending it because you got free beer for doing so. This differs form the previous scenario where material incentive is the incentive that finally motivates the blogger to post true feelings. Unfortunately this new "rule" puts makes it difficult for bloggers to recommend stuff they have used and truly like without ruining the legitimate appearance of their true feelings with some kind of notice that they were paid to review the product.

To help bloggers otherwise silenced or ruined by this horrible edict No Limit List extending an invitation for them to use our services because our site disclaimers clearly cover the fact that a conflicting commercial interest should always be assumed wherever one could possibly exist. The added fact that we have sections clearly designated for advertising commercial interests make it easy for people to advertise goods and services in a format where they won't have to worry about disclosing the obvious fact that no reasonable person would post anything in sections labeled jobs, services, or shopping without the intent to profit.

Conclusion

The FTC is attempting to stop honest bloggers from engaging in free speech and we are here to help. Bloggers who feel like they can no longer speak their minds about a good or service without adding content they don't wish to see on their blog are welcome to use our sections where commercial interests are assumed and clearly disclaimed.

If the FTC really wants to protect stupid consumers then they should teach them how to scrutinize information and protect themselves because that would do more sense than going on wild goose chases for bloggers recommending stuff. Take down a blog and idiots won't have a post to read. Teach idiots how to scrutinize and they will read, evaluate, and disregard posts for a lifetime.
Learn more: Post FTC Complaints Against Unconstitutional Censorship

Seattle Police Officer Ian P. Walsh was caught on tape abusing a 17 year old girl during a jaywalking stop proving that he thinks its ok for grown men to physically abuse young girls by punching them in the face. This happened in 2010 when he harassed the victim and three of her friends over a draconian ordinance that allegedly outlawed the manner in which they walked across a street. The victim was understandably confused and angry over this before naturally becoming physically resistant to his attempts to touch her in places and in ways that she was not comfortable with. Then the officer became violent and lashed out striking the minor child in the face with his fist.

Officer Ian P. Walsh is a poor excuse for a man who should have learned as a boy that it is never ok for a man to hit a lady. It doesn't matter what she does men are not supposed to hit women for any reason. I'm sure Officer Ian P. Walsh has told that to many drunk trailer park rednecks and as a police officer he should hold himself to a standard higher than that of those he arrests. Society should hold him to a higher standard and teach him that grown men professionally trained as law enforcement officers to restrain large men non-violently have no excuse for punching a much smaller and younger teenage girl.

Sgt. Rich O'Neill defended the woman battering by his fellow officer by false stating that "it is never okay to get into a confrontation with an officer out on the street, use force against that officer and then somehow think that you are justified". It is always justified to use force against an officer who subjects you to cruel and unusual punishment on the street, even if he is enforcing the law as long as the law is unjust. If such force were not justified then Gaddafi would still be in Tripoli, but as this incident proves it not always smart to fight because you won't always end up owning the enemy's hat.

Sometime it is better to shut up, stand still, cooperate, and hope to get off with a verbal warning or just a small fine for a minor violation. Still the victim had every right to fight against a clear and present danger to her civil liberties. The question should not be if Officer Ian P. Walsh was justified, but if the friends of the victim and other bystanders are cowards for not placing Officer Walsh under citizens arrest until a competent replacement could be located. They may have done the smart thing, but they certainly were not brave.

As a white man I can never truly understand what it is like to stand in the shoes of a black person being harassed by a white cop. I do understand the long history white cops have of finding excuses to use excessive force on groups of black people who are just peacefully walking down streets, so I can try to imagine the fear one my experience because most incidents of police brutality in America against minorities are racially motivated and a lot of those incidents result in the murder of innocent civilians at the hands of cops.

In closing society should not let bad cops like Officer Ian P. Walsh get away with abusing minor children, hitting young girls, harassing minorities on the street, and using excessive force against black people. I would urge anyone who finds themselves in the back of his car to deliberately piss themselves and vomit to make his job harder, but I don't want to incite anyone to make fools of themselves like that. I still think it would be totally awesome if anyone did that, but that is just my opinion.
Learn more: Officer Ian Walsh Caught on Tape Abusing Teen Girl

The Royal Malaysia Police (RMP) arrested Mohamad Sabu last week on charges of criminal slander for pro-communist comments he made in August. The comments allegedly praised 180 members of the Malayan Communist Party who attacked the Bukit Kepong police station in 1950 and killed 25 officers who were members of the Federation of Malaya Police now known as the Royal Malaysia Police. The attack was part of a failed communist insurgency against the British and the loyalist colonial government.

Sabu is the leader of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party also known as the PAS. The PAS is the main opposition party to Prime Minister Najib Razak. Sabu claims that his arrest is politically motivated and suspects that the Prime Minster might be behind the charges he is currently facing. If convicted he faces a maximum sentence of 2 years in prison.

Malaysia is weird country when it comes to free speech laws. You can basically say whatever you want for the most part unless you criticize the government in which case you might be found in violation of the Sedition Act. In this case he is being charged with criminal slander for supposedly questioning the patriotism of the officers attacked by the communists that day over 61 years ago.
Learn more: Man Arrested for Slander After Pro-Communist Comments

Syrian police loyal to President Bashar al-Assad opened fire on unarmed civilians protesting against al-Assad’s brutal police state which has murdered hundreds of its own people since March. The demonstrations were inspired by the successful peaceful revolution in Egypt and the uprising in Libya, but al-Assad seems willing to do anything to hold onto power.

The video embedded below was filmed by an amateur photographer and uploaded by the Arabic news agency Ugarit News. It begins with the camera man approaching a police line with some other protesters until the police opened fire on them with live ammunition. The police are dresses in camouflage, so they could be Syrian soldiers. We posted this in police rants instead of military because al-Assad uses his army to perform police duties and his police are known to wear fatigues, so they could easily be either doing bad police work.

Its footage like this that makes the international community suspect the Syrian government of committing crimes against humanity. This is just one incident on the worst ongoing cases of police brutality ever known.
Learn more: Syrian Police Firing Live Rounds at Unarmed Civilians

When adding a police category to a rant and rave forum it’s important to remind people of the sacrifices made by good police officers. We can’t think of a better example of good police work than the New York Police Department (NYPD) officers who lost their lives on 9/11 and were memorialized all day yesterday with news coverage of the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Unlike most people they didn’t have the luxury of being glued to their television sets thousands of miles away, but like most people they never expected the towers to actually collapse, so they rushed down there trying to help people who were trapped in the buildings until they collapsed on top of them.

Once the dust cleared 23 NYPD officers were dead and more were left wounded. The survivors kept on working overtime to secure the scene and look for survivors. This is one the best examples of good police work for which the people in the following video should be admired for.
Learn more: Good Work by New York City Police (NYPD) on 9/11
