He was a middle manager (director level) for 4 years, and a VP for 3 years. He was gifted the Director of Property Services position at York Region. When he saw the writing on the wall he made a lateral move to Peel Region but was terminated within 4 months of assuming the role. His linkedin profile does not reflect this fact. However former CAO of Peel Region David Szwarc can confirm this. 20+ years of lying, cheating, stealing and frauding is much more accurate. “He has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree” which took him 7+ years to complete “and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.” This is the EMBA at Queens and Rene was concerned about being accepted in this program because he can’t count to save his life and didn’t want to study for the GMAT. “He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA),” he has never worked as an accountant and went through the CMA program while copying and essentially cheating off a fellow student. “and is certified as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Facility Management Professional (FMP).” These are useless certifications that add no industry value. “René has successfully managed very large projects involving many business areas and external vendors across Canada while always ensuring results were delivered on-time and within budget. He has lead large business divisions, provided advice and presented on business initiatives, legislation, and policy to elected officials, executive leadership, various committees, the public, and the media. He has managed both union and non-unionized staff and has negotiated multiple collective bargaining agreements.” – Rene has never managed anyone or anything. He was an abject failure at York Region and Peel Region. He claims he was a project manager at CRA from 1999 (when he was 22 yo) to 2013, when the reality is he was a clerk at CRA and had only worked as a project manager on a 12-month contract from 2012-2013 – talk about blemishing the truth! “René has also consulted with organizations in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries; developing strategic and marketing plans for transformational business initiatives. His current interests include the development and advancement of analytics and modelling for real estate and asset management.” This is a complete fabrication ala Walter Mitty! “René currently oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing over 21 million square feet and over $25 billion in assets.” It is well known that Infrastructure Ontario outsources all of its managerial work to contractors. Rene cannot oversee his own diet as evidenced by his perpetual state of obesity since 1977. “René has worked with both public and private sector clients across Canada and has an in-depth knowledge of the public sector and client service management in the areas of construction, real estate, IT/IS, project management, asset/property management, facilities and operations.” – He has only ever worked in the public sector. Where Was Animal Control When This Bull Got Loose?

When this bull got loose in King County animal control was nowhere to be found and police had to call in local cowboys to lasso the thing under control. Throughout this video you will see that despite having an animal control service called Regional Animal Services that the police would have been stuck dealing with this thing all on their own if they didn't already know cowboys in the area. If it were not for the cowboys what would the police have done? Taser the bull like some 500 plus pound drunken disorderly? I doubt it, they probably would have shot it dead. This looks like a job for animal control officers with tranquilizer guns, not police, and certainly no civilian cowboys.
