Inside the Dark World of Trucking Manipulation: Triton Logistics Inc

<a href="https://postalmostanything.com/7874/inside-the-dark-world-of-trucking-manipulation-triton-logistics-inc"><img src="/images/no-image.png" alt="No Image"></a>In the vast expanse of the American highway system, where eighteen-wheelers roar and shuttle buses hum, tragedies can unfold in mere seconds. The collision of metal and asphalt can lead to devastating consequences, altering lives irreversibly. Among these tragedies, the fatal crash on Interstate 64 in December 2022 stands out, not just for its heartbreaking toll but for the shadows it cast on the practices of Triton Logistics, a company whose name became intertwined with the grim incident.

Dwayne Sykes, a former driver for Triton Logistics Inc, found himself thrust into an unexpected spotlight following the Interstate 64 crash. Though he had left the company just days before the tragedy, his name emerged in the investigation, linking him to a narrative he vehemently denies.

"I cannot sit back any longer knowing what they did," Sykes disclosed in a recent interview. "I can’t sit back any longer because I know what happened."

In the early hours of December 16, 2022, a Triton Freightliner collided with a shuttle bus, resulting in the loss of three lives. Daniel Cramer, the truck's actual driver, initially claimed that he had just dropped off his supposed co-driver, Dwayne Sykes. However, Sykes refuted any connection with Cramer, asserting that Triton never employed co-drivers during his tenure.

The perplexing question arises: how did Sykes’ name become entangled with the crash if he was no longer with Triton? According to Sykes, his information was stolen, with his electronic logs manipulated to portray him as a co-pilot.

"They stole my information because I didn’t give anyone my permission to use my logs," Sykes declared.

The revelation doesn't stop there. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) report uncovered deeper layers of deception within Triton Logistics. Cramer confessed to investigators that Triton provided him with a cover story to conceal the truth.

"I basically repeated what they told me to say," Cramer admitted. "That I had just dropped off my co-driver — which is the same thing that I told that state policeman that night."

For Sykes, Cramer's confession resonates deeply. He recalls similar scenarios during his time with Triton, where cover stories were the norm rather than the exception.

In the NTSB report, Cramer also divulged Triton's utilization of a data center in Lithuania to manage and manipulate drivers’ electronic logs, allowing them to appear more rested than they actually were. Sykes corroborated this, revealing firsthand experience with manipulated logs.

"They would backdate it," Sykes revealed. "They can go into the system and change it."

The gravity of these revelations is not lost on Sykes, who has since moved on to a different company. His heart goes out to the families of the victims, and he recognizes the profound impact of Triton's actions.

"I’m saddened and I’m devastated," Sykes expressed, emphasizing his sympathy for the victims' families.

Sykes’ courage in coming forward sheds light on the darker corners of the trucking industry, where safety can be compromised for profit. His story serves as a reminder of the importance of accountability and transparency within the transportation sector.

As investigations continue and legal proceedings unfold, one thing remains certain: Dwayne Sykes' unwavering resolve to unveil the truth has become a beacon of hope for those seeking justice in the wake of tragedy. <br> Learn more: <a href="https://postalmostanything.com/7874/inside-the-dark-world-of-trucking-manipulation-triton-logistics-inc">Inside the Dark World of Trucking Manipulation: Triton Logistics Inc</a>

<a href="https://postalmostanything.com/7472/pacific-tycoon-investment-scam"><img src="https://postalmostanything.com/images/pacific-tycoon.png" alt="pacific tycoon"></a>Most people who hear about container investments also hear about Pacific Tycoon scam. Due to the numerous scams that exist, Pacific Tycoon is just another container scam to be cautious about. Make sure you do thorough research before investing in any containers.

A simplified process has been implemented. You buy containers from underdeveloped countries for less. Then you hire a company such as Pacific Tycoon to lease your containers for their clients. After a 9-10 month gap, the containers arrive in China and are sold at a profit. The company takes a small commission and you receive the rest.

When you open the website associated with the company, as in this case, Pacific Tycoon, you will be greeted with a really aesthetically pleasing website. This can easily fool you into believing it is original. The catchy advertisement followed by insane return promises can be misleading in real life. Note that they promise a fixed return of 12% on the amount invested per year. In some cases it might reach 24.13% as it happened last year, according to them.

They say that all company containers are fully trackable. Everyone will have full legal rights regarding the containers that they buy. Most of them are independent trackers in various countries which act as recipients of the container owners. The money is actually transferred to the scammer's account in those countries. The majority of the accounts belong to underdeveloped nations that have no association with the company.

These companies heavily invest in PR activities where they pay different blog owners to write fake reviews about them. They also write about how Pacific Tycoon helped them get the most favorable investments and other fabricated information. Often, they post fake reviews on forums regarding their company so that they can win over the trust of their customers. However, a deeper investigation will reveal how the company has scammed thousands of people and how many there who have lost all their lifetime savings on it.

Hence, as a precautionary measure, it is often stated that if you want to invest in containers and other stuff, it is recommended that you should do thorough research about all such stuff before you decide to invest in containers. In simple words, stay away from container investments as much as you can. <br> Learn more: <a href="https://postalmostanything.com/7472/pacific-tycoon-investment-scam">Pacific Tycoon : Investment Scam</a>

<a href="https://postalmostanything.com/6162/florida-man-kicked-off-plane-for-wearing-panties-as-facemask"><img src="https://postalmostanything.com/images/red-thong-panty-mask.JPG" alt="Red Thong Panty Mask"></a>A Florida man is being compared to Rosa Parks after getting kicked off a plane for wearing bright red women's thong panties as a mask. Adam Jenne of Cape Coral has been wearing the thong as his mask to protest mask mandates and travel rules requiring people to wear masks on airplanes. Technically, the red thong meets the requirements of a cloth facial cover in compliance with mask mandates which is why he has gotten away with it at least a dozen times until a United Airlines flight crew decided to re-invent the definition of a mask. Under the new definition of a mask, which seems to include just about any cloth face cover other than women's underwear, Jenne was not in compliance according to the flight crew.

After Jenne was kicked off the plane other passengers left the plane in protest outraged at the United Airlines flight crew for kicking a man off a plane for wearing a mask. One passenger asked, "Did he just get kicked off for wearing a mask?" After confirming he said, "I’m out of here, forget it. I’m out of here." Several other passengers followed. United Airlines later issued a public statement in support of the decision saying, "The customer clearly wasn’t in compliance with the federal mask mandate and we appreciate that our team addressed the issue on the ground prior to takeoff, avoiding any potential disruptions on the air."

To make sure that I am right about the ejection being unjustified I looked up the federal mask mandate. The mandate outlines the requirements of masks, "The following are attributes of masks needed to fulfill the requirements of the Order. CDC will update this guidance as needed." Followed by these bullet points:

- A properly worn mask completely covers the nose and mouth.
- Cloth masks should be made with two or more layers of a breathable fabric that is tightly woven (i.e., fabrics that do not let light pass through when held up to a light source).
- Mask should be secured to the head with ties, ear loops, or elastic bands that go behind the head. If gaiters are worn, they should have two layers of fabric or be folded to make two layers.
- Mask should fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
- Mask should be a solid piece of material without slits, exhalation valves, or punctures.
Source: https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/masks/mask-travel-guidance.html

Upon further review it appears that the thong covered the nose and mouth, the fabric appears thick enough not to see through it, it was fastened to his ears/face with elastic, it appeared to fit snugly as well as comfortably, and appears to be a solid piece of material without slits. The only possible argument we could see the airline making would be that the thong is not made with two or more layers of fabric, but as far as we can tell it appears to be made of either two or more layers or a thick layer capable of preventing people from seeing his face despite being stretched. I believe that it meets the above requirements absent a showing that it wasn't as thick as it appears.

In addition to the above, the CDC has a second bulleted list of things that do not qualify as masks:

- Masks worn in a way that does not cover both the mouth and nose
- Face shields or goggles (face shields or goggles may be worn to supplement a mask that meets above required attributes)
- Scarves, ski masks, balaclavas, or bandannas
- Shirt or sweater collars (e.g., turtleneck collars) pulled up over the mouth and nose.
- Masks made from loosely woven fabric or that are knitted, i.e., fabrics that let light pass through
- Masks made from materials that are hard to breathe through (such as vinyl, plastic or leather)
- Masks containing slits, exhalation valves, or punctures
- Masks that do not fit properly (large gaps, too loose or too tight)

The thong clearly covers the nose and mouth, is not a face shied, goggles, scarf, ski mask, balaclava, bandanna, shirt or sweater collar, made from loosely woven fabric, knitted, does not allow light to pass through, is not hard to breath through, contains no slits, exhalation valves, or punctures, and fits properly. Clearly the panties are not on this list.

Conclusion

Adam Jenne appears to be the Rosa Parks of the COVID era. <br> Learn more: <a href="https://postalmostanything.com/6162/florida-man-kicked-off-plane-for-wearing-panties-as-facemask">Florida Man Kicked Off Plane for Wearing Panties as Facemask</a>

<a href="https://postalmostanything.com/789/racist-romantique-limo-driver-picked-up-the-wrong-honky"><img src="https://postalmostanything.com/images/romantique-limos-racist.png" alt="Racist Romantiques"></a>The first New Yorker I ever met was a racist Romantique Limo driver from Brooklyn that Anderson Cooper paid to pick me up from the airport so I could get lost looking for Patrick Bateman's apartment on my way to a hotel on the upper west side supposedly just 2 blocks from the American Gardens Building on West 81st street. Upon further review the American Gardens Building was found not to exist, at least not at 55 W 81st street just 2 blocks away from the hotel where I was staying. As a result I had no choice, but to take a nap for 3 hours before getting up, getting dressed, and showing up at the studio at 5 AM PST.

If that was not bad enough I had the memory of the previous night to deal with. A night in which I found myself in the back of an Escalade driven by an old overweight white guy with a foreign accent sounding somewhat like English, but altered due to a speech impediment commonly referred to as a Brooklyn accent.

The racist Romantique told me, a complete stranger that the street he was chauffeuring me down separated the upper east side from Harlem and that he wanted to give me the layout of the city as simply as possible. He said that the layout is easy to remember because it is very simple, "the monkeys live on the right and the rich white people live on the left".

I couldn't believe my ears, but I didn't want to piss the driver off, so I acted like I was cool with it at first before eventually telling him that his comment was "f*cked up", that I've known a number of them so called "monkeys" he was talking about, and that several were friends of mine. He didn't open his mouth much after that.

Eventually he dropped me off at which point he still had a business card I gave him shortly after leaving the airport and long before he showed me his racist side. It was a number on that card which some people have stalked me for and as a result I'm usually reluctant to share it with people. As a victim now I am willing to come forward as the guy who lobbied a producer not to report racism because I didn't want to get on the bad side of whoever that driver was.

Conclusion

I'm ranting about a true and genuine experience with a racist Romantique Limo driver hired by the Anderson Cooper show. I doubt Anderson or his staff had any idea how racist my driver was, but in the future I recommend not using that guy. <br> Learn more: <a href="https://postalmostanything.com/789/racist-romantique-limo-driver-picked-up-the-wrong-honky">Racist Romantique Limo Driver Picked Up The Wrong Honky</a>
