The report highlights several alarming findings, including: Breaches of Investment Manager and Director Duties: Pignatti, as a director and the investment manager, was found to have violated his fiduciary duties to the fund and its investors. Breaches of Custodial Ownership: The report references up to 12 missing cars owned by The Classic Car Fund, suggesting a mismanagement of the fund’s assets. Diversion of Client Funds: Shockingly, client funds were diverted into Pignatti’s private client UK company, further highlighting the misappropriation of investor capital. Presentation of Misleading Net Asset Values: False Net Asset Values (NAVs) were presented to investors in an attempt to attract more capital and create the illusion of a healthy fund performance. David Hasselhoff got so drunk at the MTV European Music Awards that in a pre-show interview on the red carpet he forgot what side of the Berlin Wall he was on when singing “Looking for Freedom” on 11/9 some 20 years ago. As the footage from the wall clearly shows David Hasselhoff was not “behind the wall” as he claimed, but was really in front of the wall dodging fireworks as well as introducing East Germans to bad American music in his blinking jacket. Then he staggers onto the stage to present the “best rock award” after giving a slurred speech denying responsibility for bringing down the wall and giving full credit to the East Germans. After the show a drunker Hoff makes an ass out of himself giving a shout out to George in Tokyo Hotel with a cheesy thumbs up. The next scene shows him stumbling out of an American Idol show using his daughters as crutches before getting into a car surrounded by reporters badgering him with questions about his drinking. This is followed by a clip containing news footage of him being rushed to the hospital for alcohol poisoning after which he refuses to answer questions from a reporter about his trip before being called "The Hospital Hoff".

Seth Maycock was arrested and fired from his job at the Lagoon Amusement Park for assaulting three boys standing in line at the Samari ride. Maycock approached the boys to tell them that the park was closing, a dispute followed, and Maycock ended up throwing punches. Artisteer 3 Function Name Change Broke My SEO Code

If you use a pre-Artisteer 3 version of Artisteer then don't upgrade to Artisteer 3 unless you don't need to change the functions in your themes to make up of the failure of Artisteer developers to provide basic search engine optimization (SEO) features. Features like meta descriptions and canonical link tags that should be a no brainer to any competent developer, but seem lost to the Artisteer people require improvements to be made by the customer. Those changes can be made in Artisteer themes themselves by adding new functions to and tweaking out of the box functions in functions.php or by changing header.php using just default Wordpress functions. In my case I changed Artisteer functions that all had the prefix "art_" in the function names, but are all "theme_" now and in some cases entire function names have been changed or removed completely. In addition I cannot use custom code I built to strip some types of HTML tags from posts because art_get_post_content() is no longer a function. Now I must re-do all my work because some idiot decided to change all the function names. To make matters worse I could not post a question about this in the Artisteer help forum because I got a XML parsing error whenever submitting my thread. As a result I had to start writing this before losing all my progress due to a power surge and having to write this now all over again. As a result what should have been a simple copy and paste has cost me a half hour of my life due to the forum mishap and power surge alone. Thanks a lot Artisteer.
