The email came straight from PayPal and was titled "Jukka Sarrinen would like to be paid through PayPal." I thought this was extremely weird especially since I've never heard of Jukka Sarrinen before and as a professional SEO I would never hire some guy whose name sounds Indian to SEO my site which does just fine in search engine result pages (SERPs). Fortunately for me I noticed the bogus bill and had the presence of mind to cancel it while it was still in pending status. Watch out for Jukka Sarrinen in your inbox because if you get an email from PayPal on behalf of jsjukka00@gmail.com it is a scam, but unlike other bogus PayPal email scams this guy or girl (can't tell based on the name) actually bills your PayPal account for services never purchased. He or she also provides a suspicious looking link to http://goo.gl/DVuaK that I am afraid to click on because it was obviously made by a URL shortening service probably to hide a spammy URL most likely serving malware of some kind.
