When I went to may bank complaining about getting ripped off by a website that signed me up for 2 sites i didn't order I thought getting a reversal would be easy. WRONG! I got screwed out of about $250 in back fraudulent billings because they sided with a criminal organization hiding behind a 90 day refund policy and a Wells Fargo policy that required me the victim to prove that i cancelled stuff i never knew i had been billed for let alone signed up for months ago. They said that i had to show proof that i canceled memberships i never singed up for to get money back even though i never signed up for them. Then they refused to listen when i told them that i was not sure if i unchecked a pre-checked check box that offered a promo for one of the 2 sites i was signed up for against my will when signing up for a different sight altogether. So what if i cant remember if one check box was checked because i know for a fact the sign up form never mentioned the second site i was signed up for against my will at all. that fact should prove to anyone that my credit card was fraudulently charges and i deserve my money back. Don't bank with Wells Fargo if you value your money because when you get jacked 1-866-867-5568 will help the jackers.

After cancelling my PORNSTARNETWORK.COM membership months ago I found over $400 in fraudulent charges on my credit card from sites linked to them that i never signed up for. The websites were called EXTRAMOVIEZ.COM and AMATEURNETWORKS.CA neither of which I had ever heard of both of which showed up on my credit card as HELPSUPPORTONLINE.COM and SUPPORTMEMBERS.COM. I contacted the company online and they refunded my money for the past 3 months, but refused to refund the fraudulent charges from the other four months that they charged me for services I never ordered. Then I went to my bank and filed a fraud complaint to get the charges reversed and heard the people at Pornstar Network lie to the fraud investigator with false accusations that I ordered the services. They said that I didn’t uncheck a check box in the small print offering the promotion and that the promotion doubled the monthly fee if I didn’t cancel it. I went back and looked at the forms, but I dont know if I checked it or not. Dont matter anyway because only one of the sites has a check box and their member contract says "All charges will discreetly appear as PSNSupport.com, PSNbilling.com , EPOCH or CCBILL on your credit card statement depending on the processor." Notice how HELPSUPPORTONLINE.COM and SUPPORTMEMBERS.COM are not there, so I never authorized either of them to bill my credit card. That puts both accounts and all charges in breach of contract and since they are so large im sure there are lots more victims. Even when i cancelled my PSNBILLING.COM account in September they should have cancelled the others automatically, but did not and since I never ordered them I didnt know about it at all. I’ll be taking this complaint to more consumer advocacy sites one site a day until I get my money back or run out of sites to post on. I’m sure i’m not the only victim of this scam.
