Tom Cruise plays David Aames, a rich publisher who had everything until a crazy bitch (Cameron Diaz) ruined his life by driving her car off into oncoming traffic and off a bridge on purpose with him in it. She thought that just because he slept with her from time to time that there was some kind of meaningful relationship even thought he never said so and she went insane when pointed that out to her.

In this scene from Kingpin Roy Munson (Woody Harrelson) and his land lady became the worst movie couple of all time ever when she forces him to pay his rent by servicing her. Her anger came from the discovery that one of Roy's friends staged a robbery attempt so that he could rescue her and get on her good side. Fortunately they never show her naked, but her thighs covered with blue blood vessels and Roy puking in the bathroom was almost enough to say it all until she said "You really jarred something loose there tiger".
