This place has remote controlled trucks starting out at $4.95 per truck and other fun RC toys including boats, cars, airplanes, and helicopters starting at different prices. They also have science kits, magic kits, girls toys, and other goodies including Airsoft guns. Airsoft guns are great for shooting BB shaped plastic balls at pedestrians silently because they leave targets guessing about where the shot came from. This makes them ideal for college kids living in fraternity houses or any random dimwitted dude renting a room in a similar type of cooperative housing building because the shooter can annoy quickly and disappear just as fast. As a result some houses receive multiple police complaints blaming them for the actions of people living there, but no matter how many orange balls accumulate outside the house cops always seem to lack probable cause for a warrant because people residing in those communities enjoy a higher standard of living. That higher standard prevents one neighbor from snitching on another due to a universal understanding that opening ones mouth in such a manner would violate basic ethical standards of decency.

Ford Trucks Recalled Because Gas Can Could Fall Off

I just found out that Ford issued a recall for 150s and other trucks over 2 months ago because the gas tank was broken, could fall off, and set the truck on fire. I didn't even know about that till just now and I tell you what I feel damn lucky not to have been riding in a truck only to get burned alive by an inferno started by a gas tank falling that should be fasted tightly to the vehicle.

Students Wearing Confederate Flags Accused of Racism

The Confederate Flags is one of those symbols created for one thing and thought of for another. It was created to give the Confederate States of America a flag that did not look like the Union flag. After the war it was adopted as a symbol of pride by southerners, but also as a symbol of hate by racist groups such as the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), American Nazi Party, segregationists, and countless others. As a result people in northern states typically view it as a racist symbol while many white southerners see it just as a symbol of their heritage. I guess the real meaning of the Confederate Flag like any symbol created for one thing and constantly used for other stuff should boil down to how someone is using it. If its being used as part of Civil War re-enactment then it is not racist, if its being displayed by a southerner with nothing else indicative of their views then it probably shouldn't be considered racist, and if its being used as part of a white pride rally then it is obviously racist. Personally I'm not a big fan of flag, but people should not be labeled racists just for wearing it. This incident reminds me of an incident that happened back when I was in my early teens. I was out at some dunes with a friend, his step dad, and his buddies. His step dad was a red headed guy named Earl from Virgina who loved flying a Confederate Flag on his sandrail. I asked if he would take it down while I was riding in it because I thought it was racist and I didn't want people thinking that I was racist. He took it down once, but after that he told me that unless I wanted to wait my turn or find someone else to ride with that I would have to learn about tolerance and tolerate his flag. He later explained that that it was not a symbol of racism, but a symbol of his heritage. He said that to him flying it was about being proud about who he was and where he was from. Personally I think people should ask themselves if they are racist before judging people based on that flag alone because if displaying by itself makes someone a racist in your eyes then maybe you are the real racist. Its in the same ballpark as the German Iron Cross that was heavily used by Hitler's army and still used by neo-Nazi groups. Lots people see it and associate its use with Nazis, but don't realize that it was invented nearly 100 years before WWII, is still awarded to German soldiers for bravery, and is still used as a logo by the German armed forces today.

Lots of People Hate Parking Enforcement Meter Maids

In cities where public programs depend on parking tickets people like these parking enforcement officers with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) get a lot of shit from the public. Whether you underestimate the length of your stay, think the meter is out of order, or just don't know how to park a car you will probably want to shoot the bastard or bitch that tickets you no matter what. With that said I got a problem with you'all who don't blame yourselves for your tickets. In cities like Philadelphia you know that the PPA is always out in force hoping you screwed up just enough to owe them money and still you freak out when getting a ticket. Why don't you just grow a brain, park where you can legally park, stay within the lines, and pay meters for at least time and half how low you think you'll be there? Its common sense that will never give those people satisfaction, especially if there TV cameras because you'll just end up looking like more of an ass the more you object . The PPA as seen in this video consists of special people who thrive on turmoil for their own personal entertainment. They like getting crap on the job because they gives them a shot to one up you further the you give them crap so that they will another story to share with friends over beer after work. How else can you explain the smiles on the faces of these wise asses? Congratulations PPA for making your careers fun for yourselves.
