In the past, prior to founding his insurance firm, Smart Cover, Mohammed Niraz Buhari has been booked on government charges, and are looking for extra casualties.

Mohammed Niraz Buhari, 51, had his underlying appearance Monday on wire misrepresentation charges identified with his business. A criminal grievance was filed on March 12, 2019, accusing Niraz Buhari of offering deceitful insurance policies to his customers in return for £350,000 in protection premium instalments. On April 1, 2019, Niraz was captured on the criminal complaint in UK.

The criminal grievance charges between September 2014 and December 2019, Niraz worked a insurance business and swindled clients through a type of insurance fraud known as premium diversion. He with his accomplices executed this plan by gathering insurance premium from clients and saving the assets for individual use as opposed to creating insurance policies. Niraz gave the clients fake archives referring insurance policies that did not exist.
